Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within [timeframe] to let you know your order is on the way!
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Including transit time. You will receive email updates, including tracking information.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Select your country at time of check out and fill out your full address in English. If shipping label is not filled out correctly and shipment is returned to due insufficient address information, customer will forfeit that shipping charge.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Smitty’s Glass Wax is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at
smittysglasswax@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
We have a one year return policy, which means you have one year after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (or similar) condition that you received it, unworn, unused and/or mostly full, with the included microfiber cloths. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
